- 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data platform delivery, with strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT development, data modelling, and production data operations.
- Mandatory insurance domain experience, preferably in general insurance or commercial insurance, with working knowledge of policy, claims, bordereaux, underwriting, pricing, billing, exposure, and loss data.

Strong ability to review and debug SQL and Python code, optimise data transformations, assess logic, identify gaps, and guide engineers toward scalable and reusable solutions.
