The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support a critical legal company migration from an Australian to a New Zealand entity, with delivery required by 30th September. This is a high-impact role that will support a Project Manager and will see you working across multiple business functions to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely transition. You will play a central role in coordinating complex workstreams, engaging key stakeholders, and driving delivery against a tightly defined timeline. Your responsibilities will include –

  • Coordinating end-to-end migration activities, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal entity, and finance workstreams
  • Managing and engaging stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
  • Driving delivery against the mandated implementation timeline
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Providing clear and consistent project reporting to leadership and key stakeholders

About You

Ideally you will display –

  • Demonstrated experience supporting legal entity restructures, finance transformation, regulatory, or corporate migration projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on outcomes and accountability
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
