We are seeking a Project Manager preferably with strong aerospace or automotive experience to lead and coordinate production transfers between international sites and drive post transfer Product Industrialization through to full-rate production. This is a high-impact role central to our global growth and operational excellence strategy. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions, robust planning, and successful industrial launches that meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:Project Actions: Lead projects. Mentors Project Coordinators
Product Actions: Accountable for project results, Drive the industrialization
Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
Project Governance: Lead project meetings, reviews and stakeholder updates
Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of production transfers across international entities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Coordinate with global teams to ensure process readiness, tooling, work instructions, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans as needed to ensure smooth transition and ramp-up
Ensure all quality, regulatory, and certification requirements (FAA, EASA, AS9100, etc.) are met
Report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, and countermeasures
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Use project management tools and techniques such as Planisware, Jira, WBS, Gantt charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
Proven experience leading successful international production transfers and/or new product launches in a regulated industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
5+ years of project management experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing, operations, or NPI (New Products Industrialization)
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and/or in matrix environments
Fluent Polish & English skills
PMP or Agile Project Management certification preferred
Strong knowledge of aerospace or automotive production standards and processes will be a plus
Salary ranges from 13,000 to 21,000 PLN monthly/gross, depending on seniority and proficiency
