The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will oversee production support, manage manufacturing processes, drive efficiency and quality across production lines, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Lead and guide cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and integrate complex electrical systems and firmware. Provide technical direction, solve advanced engineering problems, recommend improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize processes, and mentor junior engineers while supporting medium-to-large projects.

The Special Process Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production, managing specialized equipment, and supporting cross-functional teams in improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Lead system engineering across requirements, architecture, V&V, risk management and implementation. Define and negotiate system requirements, run architecture trade studies, plan/approve validation, coordinate project execution, and mentor the team.

The Senior Engineer Application is responsible for application maintenance, advanced problem-solving, project management, and providing technical leadership on complex systems.

Lead and execute end-to-end SOX control testing, evaluate internal controls, prepare audit documentation, track remediation, and support operational audits globally. Collaborate with US-based audit teams and stakeholders across Europe, USA, and Asia, and provide guidance to junior auditors to improve testing efficiency and control effectiveness.

Manage EMEA compensation and benefits programs: benchmark, design, and administer salary structures, incentives, and benefits. Ensure compliance with local regulations, partner with HR, Legal, Finance and vendors, provide guidance and reporting, and support governance and Works Council interactions.

Lead development and execution of supply chain strategy, manage suppliers, optimize inventory and performance metrics, drive cross-functional initiatives, and mentor the supply chain team to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and mitigate risk.
