Support manufacturing process improvements by collecting work measurement and production data, mapping material flow, assisting with workstation and layout design, applying basic Lean and DFMA principles, supporting cost and capacity analyses, and maintaining project documentation while learning APQP tools and collaborating with senior engineers.

Support production by troubleshooting processes, documenting and maintaining manufacturing procedures, and managing small projects. Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams; maintain product knowledge and industry trends. Industrial power generation experience preferred.

Lead strategic sales engagement with Engine OEM accounts, develop and execute sales strategies, manage and coach a sales manager team, monitor performance metrics, plan operations, and drive customer engagement to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Analyze business performance and investments, build financial models, provide insights and recommendations to senior management, support stakeholders across departments, and manage cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and ensure compliance.

Assemble and test products following documented procedures and SOPs; perform inspections and record quality data; maintain clean, organized workstations (5S); follow safety protocols; use basic hand tools and software for data entry; participate in continuous improvement and lean practices while communicating issues to the team.

Manage and lead an engineering team focused on test equipment. Oversee hiring, performance management, operational planning, budgeting, and technical problem solving. Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and ensure team development and high performance. Must comply with ITAR/EAR U.S. Person requirements.

Support sourcing between engineering, category management, project teams, and suppliers. Perform should-cost analysis, supplier discovery, technical studies, small project leadership, market analysis, and knowledge sharing to optimize sourcing and manufacturing strategies.

Implement and maintain site Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems. Conduct inspections, document incidents and corrective actions, support and deliver EHS training, monitor compliance, and assist incident investigations and root cause analysis to reduce risk and improve operational safety in a manufacturing environment.

Support production and calibration activities for flow, pressure, and temperature measurement equipment; troubleshoot equipment, collect and analyze production data (SPC), maintain SOPs and production documentation, drive small process improvements and cost analyses, manage small projects, and collaborate across quality, production, and design teams.

Design, develop, and integrate medium-to-high-complexity control systems for aeroderivative gas turbines using PLC/HMI/SCADA and industrial protocols. Lead projects, troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, ensure compliance with IEC/ISA/ISO standards, analyze data for root-cause correction, document systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead deployment and maturation of the Woodward Production System sitewide. Drive continuous improvement and large-scale Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, develop leaders as coaches, align organizational goals, and partner with site leadership to improve quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness.

The Data Governance Lead will implement data governance policies, ensure data quality, promote stewardship practices, and manage data governance councils.

Lead development, optimization, and support of manufacturing processes with focus on lean methods, productivity improvements, documentation, training production staff, and coordinating suppliers and customers for assembly and test operations.

Manage strategic supplier relationships across global supply chains, monitor and improve supplier performance, lead sourcing and risk mitigation initiatives, resolve supplier issues, present to executives, and collaborate cross-functionally with US, European, and other international stakeholders.

Lead teams in electromechanical actuation systems for aerospace, enhancing product development through collaboration, coaching, and strategic direction while managing budgets and resources.

Oversee payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, improve systems and processes, conduct audits, and mentor junior staff.

Ensure products, processes, and documentation meet regulatory requirements and company standards. Assess engineering procedures and technical data to identify compliance issues, support and prepare for internal and external audits, provide guidance to team members, and collaborate with internal and external partners to implement compliance solutions and continuous improvements.
