- Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives, including regionalization, localization, industrialization, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including project chartering, scope definition, resource planning, risk management, timeline tracking, budget control, execution, and closure.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Lead manufacturing setup activities, including line setup, assembly process development, validation, and production readiness.
