- Define project scope, objectives, technical deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, system integration roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional schedules.
- Drive Agile practices by organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
- Manage budget allocations, infrastructure costs, and resource constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, manage project dependencies, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business updates for leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Oversight: Evaluate technical project proposals, validate system architecture feasibility, and make informed decisions regarding technology trade-offs.
- Assess technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and code dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee technical documentation, ensuring that architecture designs, API specifications, and deployment plans remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain quality assurance and compliance standards, ensuring all deliverables meet established engineering and organizational benchmarks.
- Critical Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve workflow challenges and navigate technical trade-offs in high-pressure environments.
- Strategic Communication: Strong active listening, presentation, and communication skills to align diverse teams toward common objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Ability to coordinate terms, timelines, and deliverables with external vendors, partners, and software providers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster collaboration among developers, product managers, and QA teams.
- Process Optimization: Implement and promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies to improve delivery efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance future sprint outcomes.

- Proven experience driving Agile practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
