As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects within the renewable energy sector. You will oversee the implementation of advanced digital solutions (SCADA & PPC) that support the monitoring, control, and optimization of renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and energy storage systems.

Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project management, from the receipt of the Purchase Order to the successful delivery and final acceptance by the customer
  • Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams (logistics, purchasing, IT, GI,…) ensuring efficient task distribution and execution
  • Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Write technical reports and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
  • Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

  • Minimum a bachelor´s degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish

What is Preferred:

  • Certifications in project management
  • Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 608705104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar.
