Helix, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a Project Manager - Insurance Agency Management Systems, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. They lead the overall agency management system conversion initiatives, ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and execution while monitoring progress and addressing any issues.
This is a remote position with minimal travel that can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
You will...
- Develop comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and document conversion goals, KPIs and success metrics.
- Lead overall management of conversion initiatives including planning, resource allocation, timeline management and execution.
- Monitor and track progress of conversion initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of conversion initiatives.
- Conduct post-conversion reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the product development process including defining product requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internally (Marketing, Sales, Software Engineering) and externally (clients Business Applications Team, IT team, Business teams), to ensure alignment of data conversion efforts with overarching business strategies.
To be successful you need...
- 10+ years' experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EzLynx, TAM
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data migration tools and platforms and ETL process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Your Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for this role for most locations is $71,755- $121,464. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
