Own product and engineering outcomes across 2–4 strategic technology and AI initiatives. Develop and manage integration plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track milestones, report progress, mitigate risks, and document lessons learned. Provide PM leadership, ensure adherence to methodologies, and support Integration Management Office deliverables to achieve strategic objectives.

Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture, governance, integrations, and platform optimization across GTM systems. Oversee solution design, technical reviews, data governance, security, release management, and mentor admins/developers. Partner with stakeholders to align roadmap, ensure system integrity, and drive scalable, compliant Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Provide front-line customer service for surplus lines tax and regulatory compliance: process tax reports/payments, coordinate with state regulators, manage client communications, mentor team members, handle escalations, and support cross-functional operations to ensure accuracy and timely filings.

Identify and qualify B2B leads, run prospecting campaigns (email, social), schedule quality meetings for Sales Executives, develop account plans and territories, track and manage leads in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach, and continually use data and technology to improve pipeline quality.

Execute complex premium audit reviews and secondary quality assurance for high-priority accounts, monitor audit queues, analyze audit files and trends, recommend process improvements, support test audit programs, and mentor/onboard reviewers while collaborating with leadership to maintain quality standards.

Perform voluntary phone audits of insureds to verify information and determine premium bases; prepare accurate audit reports, communicate findings to carriers, resolve discrepancies, and meet quality and productivity targets.

Serve as the senior onshore owner for major strategic insurance accounts, translating contracts into tech-enabled operational outcomes. Lead cross-functional Pod teams through the Integrate-Optimize-Digitize lifecycle, manage SLAs/KPIs, run executive business reviews, drive expansion with Sales, and oversee onboarding and tech-enablement projects while maintaining account health and Salesforce documentation.

Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement for application support, platform operations, and managed services. Ensure SLA/OLA/KPI performance, run major incident management, enforce ITIL processes, drive automation to reduce MTTR, produce executive reporting, and manage a multi-tier global team while serving as primary delivery interface to clients and stakeholders.

Lead outbound pipeline creation within an assigned insurance vertical through multi-channel personalized outreach, multi-threading accounts, qualifying opportunities in Salesforce, refining segment playbooks, partnering with Sales Executives, and using sales technology and AI tools to drive meeting-to-opportunity conversions and continuous improvement.

Lead client-facing solution design for complex, multi-tower insurance and BPO engagements. Translate client needs into configured solutions spanning data, analytics, automation, agentic workflows, BPM, and finance-driven pricing. Support RFP/RFI and proposal development, document repeatable solution patterns, train commercial teams, and collaborate with AI teams to operationalize emerging capabilities.

Lead client discovery and design end-to-end AI solutions for insurance workflows. Prototype with LLMs and low-code tools, define production specifications, partner with engineering and sales, and monitor solution outcomes to drive value and continuous improvement.
