Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Engineering discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a projectized matrix environment.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills, including support for technical reviews and customer engagement.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project.

• 10+ years of project management experience in a projectized matrix environment.
• 5+ years of Navy operational or systems experience.
• PMP or additional recognized program management certifications (e.g., PgMP, MSP, DAU).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Understanding of Contract, FAR, and DFAR requirements.
• Program management experience delivering contractual services in a high‑tempo environment across multi‑disciplinary internal and external teams.
