Lead implementation of software safety programs for robotic and autonomous submersible systems per MIL-STD-882. Perform hazard analyses, produce safety plans and assessment reports, track code coverage, catalog safety artifacts, independently review software, present at safety working groups and design reviews, coordinate across programs, and support testing and qualification.

Manage and coordinate single or multiple subsea projects including budgets, resource-loaded schedules, WBS, staffing, technical reviews, quality plans, invoices, and client communications. Coordinate offshore crew allocations, mobilizations, and journey management with Global Mobility; track contractor utilization and requisitions; ensure personnel readiness, training compliance, HSE, quality, and operational excellence; liaise with Project Management, Training & Competency teams.

Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, chat and remote tools. Troubleshoot Windows and business applications, log and manage incidents/service requests through closure, meet SLAs, and coordinate with internal IT teams. Work in a 24x7 rotational-shift environment and maintain accurate ticket documentation and user communication.

Develop and publish Task Group Instructions (TGIs) for submarine maintenance by researching drawings, manuals, and standards; use ATIS and databases; prepare work packages, maintain TGI configuration, and progress planner qualification. Collaborate with SMEs and follow OII-MSD/NAVSEA procedures and ISO-9000 requirements.

Support installation engineering of subsea hardware across design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Prepare procedures, specifications, calculations, FAT/SIT tests, and technical documentation. Interface with project teams, vendors, and clients. Provide occasional offshore/on-site oversight and travel in EMEA.

Develop, monitor, analyze, and report indirect rates and allocations to support financial performance, contract compliance, and annual operating plans. Forecast indirect rates, analyze variances, identify drivers and risks, manage B&P/IRAD spending, review CapEx requests, and support rate strategy decisions with Finance, Accounting, Contracts, and Program Management.

Lead territory expansion and new business generation for industrial automation and robotics across Texas and the Southeast. Prospect, qualify, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities; run discovery, build business cases, coordinate internal technical teams, negotiate commercial terms, and close projects for AGV/AMR and related automation solutions. Provide market intelligence and support go-to-market strategy.

Lead development, validation, and optimization of extrusion manufacturing processes. Support NPI, maintain SOPs, control plans, and quality systems. Drive continuous improvement, analyze production data, resolve process issues, and provide technical support to operations while ensuring HSEQ compliance.

Support regional Project Controls by maintaining cost and VO trackers, updating forecasts and timesheets, preparing billing/PO documentation, coordinating approvals, and supporting cost analysis and client/QtC meetings to enable project financial control and forecasting.

Design, analyze, produce, test, and support spaceflight digital and analog electronics for crew equipment. Perform PCB and circuit design using Altium and SPICE, use lab test equipment, collaborate across teams, and support mission deployment and test activities.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders and support annual operating and long-range planning.

Perform systems engineering verification and validation for spaceflight equipment: plan and execute tests, develop procedures, track requirement verification, collaborate with design teams, create SE&I data/models, support reviews, lead trade studies, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA: source, screen, and interview candidates; partner with hiring managers; build talent pipelines; maintain ATS records; ensure compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Perform transactional quality audits across calls, emails, chats, tickets and asset records; maintain audit checklists and scoring; analyze results and trends; produce reports and corrective action plans; support asset inventory validation; provide feedback and training; collaborate with leads to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with service standards.
