Manage time-phased material acquisition and forecasting to support program schedules and cost objectives. Create purchase requisitions, audit MRP/ERP data integrity, analyze supply/demand and lead times, mitigate material risks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory processes.

Design and develop NDT inspection technologies (UT, radiography), create and review test procedures, perform FEA and testing for qualification, support asset integrity inspections and bids, conduct market and patent research, liaise with vendors/research institutes, ensure compliance with standards, guide team members, and adhere to HSE policies.

Lead ESOC/ETCA program office liaison work and manage OSS projects. Oversee schedule, cost, technical performance, contract compliance, EVM, risks, subcontractors, and customer engagement with NASA; support proposals and reviews.

Support development and implementation of sustainability strategies; monitor and analyze energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions; stay current on regulations and technologies; prepare reports and track KPIs.

Develops CADD solid models, layouts, assemblies, and detail drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic equipment. Oversee small teams, manage requirements and CDRLs, perform testing (factory/offsite/offshore), coordinate with electrical/mechanical leads, conduct trade studies, author system documentation and test plans, and mentor team members while supporting DoD program needs.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain mission design simulation software and tools for NASA and commercial programs.
