Advises executives and cross-functional teams, supports classified and government programs, engages regulators and customers, and develops scalable compliance capabilities. The role requires extensive experience with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, government contracting, and controlled technical data, plus eligibility for a Department of Defense security clearance.

Manages approximately 12 mechanical engineering department employees, overseeing career development, hiring, resource allocation, training programs, work assignments, performance, and engineering quality.
