Senior HR Business Partner providing full-scope HR leadership for a manufacturing and skilled-trades workforce. Partner with leaders on talent management, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, succession and compensation planning. Lead implementation of software safety programs for underwater robotic/autonomous vehicles per MIL-STD-882. Produce safety plans and assessments, perform hazard analyses, track coverage metrics, catalog safety artifacts, review software independently, and present findings at reviews and customer meetings. Coordinate across programs and support demanding schedules with occasional travel.

Plan, implement, and coordinate HSSE programs for night‑shift operations. Support leadership and workforce on safety, health, security, and environmental matters; review JSEAs and risk assessments; conduct inspections, incident investigations, training, audits, and data analysis to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

Conduct ship, airport, and seaport surveys to assess suitability for submarine rescue deployments. Maintain real-time survey databases and reports, recommend modifications or engineering support, provide FMS-related administrative and technical assistance, train field personnel, and ensure safety and equipment care during extensive travel assignments supporting NAVSEA and CO URC.

Perform RAM and FMECA/FMEA analyses, develop fault trees and reliability predictions, support maintainability and logistics analyses, produce reliability growth test plans, contribute to systems engineering documentation, advise design engineers on R&M shortfalls, and present results to management and clients.

Program, set up, and validate CNC lathe and mill operations: review/edit/optimize G-code and CAM programs, align and secure fixtures and tooling, run first-article parts, and ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability for critical aerospace/defense components.

SkillBridge internship for transitioning military personnel at Oceaneering. Participants learn to translate military experience into civilian careers, earn industry qualifications and certifications, and build hands-on competency. Requires meeting DOD SkillBridge eligibility, command approval, official TAD/TDY orders, and a minimum of six years technical/operational experience.

Develops and maintains HSSE programs (HAZMAT, weight/material handling), ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA, Navy), provides safety oversight, training, investigations, facility support, and liaises with corporate and government stakeholders to prevent injury and equipment damage.

Lead mechanical engineering design, analysis, testing, and integration for complex mechanical and ocean-deployed systems. Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, develop designs, write test procedures, evaluate vendors, support proposals, and present results. Maintain and administer the Systems Engineering Database (SEDB): metadata and schema management, user/profile security, queries, workflows, backups, upgrades, performance tuning, and systems engineering documentation support (CONOPS, requirements specs, RVTM, interface documents). Provide SysML/UML modeling expertise, automation/script assistance, vendor license compliance, and support cross-division upgrades and integrations. Must be a US citizen able to obtain clearance.

Support the Project Manager by coordinating scope, cost estimating, baseline schedules, risk management, status reporting, meetings, and stakeholder communication. Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, support corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
