Support development, implementation, and monitoring of the Corporate Compliance Program. Perform due diligence on customers and third parties, assist compliance training, audits, investigations, and maintain compliance documentation. Coordinate and organize training logistics including scheduling, room and equipment bookings, materials preparation, supplier management, lodging and transport arrangements, and record-keeping. Support training setup/cleanup, staff allocation for repeated sessions, delegate communications, and issuance of training certificates and manuals.

Lead end-to-end subsea umbilical projects, coordinating projects, engineering, proposals, manufacturing and clients to deliver safe, compliant designs on scope, schedule, quality, and budget. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, project performance reviews, and stakeholder communications while supporting HSE and continuous improvement.

Lead design and implementation of analytical software for underwater vehicle data. Define architecture, lead small teams, manage requirements/CDRLs, perform testing (remote and onsite), interface with customers, produce documentation, conduct trade studies, and mentor junior engineers. Support system requirements, hazard analysis, and deliverables for DoD programs.

Manage and maximize grant utilization and recovery for training programs (ECITB and others). Liaise with stakeholders, update portals and trackers, obtain approvals, handle invoicing/credits, manage repayment agreements, and perform year-end reconciliation while identifying additional funding opportunities.

Provide electrical engineering support for design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, and offshore operations of ROVs, AUVs, and subsea equipment. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, software updates, test procedures, and design packages; support manufacturing, factory acceptance, and offshore campaigns; interface with customers and technicians; develop cost/schedule estimates and resolve quality non-conformances.

Supervise and operate ROVs and associated IWOCS/RWOCS, tensioning and reel systems; train operators; oversee maintenance, repairs, inventory, safety programs, tooling integration, and documentation for offshore subsea robotics operations.

Serve as single point of contact for NDT quality assurance: conduct audits, surveillance, and performance evaluations; interpret specifications into process instructions; train and certify NDT personnel; establish calibration procedures; track certifications and respond to audit findings; liaise with outside auditors. Frequent travel and overtime may be required.

Support payroll team by entering and verifying employee data, timesheets, and expenses; assist salary and overtime computations; learn payroll compliance and tax regulations while maintaining accurate records.

Support Integrated Product Support (IPS) by developing logistics data deliverables (IPS plans, provisioning docs, RSPL, LORA, CMMs, SDRLs). Perform lifecycle analyses, FMECA/RM&A/DMSMS work, interface with engineers/vendors, present technical findings, support proposals, and ensure compliance with military logistics standards.

Perform general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, assets, inventory, cost control), ensure ledger accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, analyze financial information, maintain internal controls, support internal/external audits, and provide reporting support for assigned area.

Operate and program CNC and manual machines to produce one-off submarine components to tight tolerances. Read blueprints/GD&T, set up multi-axis machining, perform first-article runs, inspect with precision metrology, document results, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and improve processes.

Lead and manage the Small Vehicle Program, ensuring compliance with procedures, budgets, and scope. Monitor project progress, remove bottlenecks, improve efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, report to stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive timely project delivery.

Lead design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of Enovia/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions. Drive requirements sessions, architecture/schema changes, integrations, JPO/Tcl and Java development, code reviews, testing strategies, and coordinate deployments while ensuring ITAR/CUI and security-clearance requirements.

Coordinate sourcing, purchasing, receipt, inventory, and data maintenance for parts and materials supporting manufacturing. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing, perform inspections, database entry, audits, and maintain traceability records.
