Position Overview:
The Project Manager I (Business Operations / PMO) supports the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives that improve business processes, systems, and operational performance. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role owns the day-to-day execution of defined projects—ensuring scope clarity, timeline adherence, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined follow-through.
You will coordinate across Operations, Finance, IT, Support, Sales Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive structured execution and visible progress. Success in this role requires comfort managing details, tracking dependencies, escalating risks early, and maintaining operational discipline while learning how cross-functional programs scale.
This is an in-office role based out of our Makati office. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (PHT)
Base Pay Range
The base pay range of this position is ₱75,000 to ₱110,000 per month. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position after successfully completing 6-months of employment.
Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs.
The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

Expected Posting Timelines
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days.
The Day-to-Day
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Project Execution & Coordination
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects within a broader program or portfolio.
- Develop and maintain project plans including milestones, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Track and manage RAID items (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), escalating appropriately to the Program Manager.
- Ensure scope clarity and document approved changes through structured change control.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and version control for transparency and auditability.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance
- Prepare structured status updates (weekly reports, dashboards, executive summaries).
- Facilitate recurring project meetings with clear agendas, notes, decisions, and action items.
- Capture and track decisions in decision logs.
- Support governance rhythms established by the Program Manager (steering updates, executive reviews).
Process & Systems Support
- Assist in documenting current-state and future-state processes.
- Support requirements gathering sessions and translate discussions into structured documentation.
- Coordinate testing activities (UAT preparation, defect tracking, validation cycles).
- Support go-live readiness activities including cutover planning and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with post-launch stabilization tracking and issue management.
Change & Adoption Support
- Support stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments.
- Coordinate training sessions and enablement materials.
- Track adoption metrics and escalate areas of low utilization or resistance.
- Reinforce accountability through structured follow-up and reporting.
Continuous Improvement & PMO Rigor
- Apply standardized PMO templates, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify process inefficiencies within projects and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong documentation hygiene and meeting discipline.
- Develop professional project management capabilities under mentorship from the Program Manager.
Education and Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, consulting, PMO support, or related roles.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and track dependencies.
- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation (project plans, action logs, RAID logs, meeting notes).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred
- Exposure to enterprise software implementations or operational process redesign initiatives.
- Experience supporting UAT or system rollouts.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, MS Project, etc.).
- CAPM, PMP (in progress), or other relevant certification.
- Experience in B2B technology, hardware/software businesses, or operational environments with complex workflows.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles (scope, timeline, risk, dependencies).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a defined project.
- Clear and concise written communication skills.
- Comfort facilitating working-level cross-functional meetings.
- Strong follow-through and accountability.
Analytical mindset with ability to structure tasks and break down complex problems. - Ability to escalate issues appropriately without over-escalating.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Working knowledge of common business systems concepts (workflows, integrations, user roles, data integrity).
- Ability to learn tools quickly and become proficient in project tracking systems.
