Location: Orlando, FL
- Identifies key human capital challenges and opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis.
- Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of current human capital strategies.
- Develops and implements innovative solutions to address human capital issues and improve organizational performance.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for human capital strategy development.
- Analyzes workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Pay Range:
