Performs PET/CT imaging: operates radiation detection equipment, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, reviews orders with radiologist, explains procedures to patients, monitors contamination, records results and radionuclide usage, attends continuing education, floats to assist other areas, and provides patient transport as needed.

Performs Medicare compliance reviews, issues ABNs, creates patient financial estimates, collects payments or establishes plans, verifies insurance eligibility, obtains pre-authorizations, coordinates with utilization management, and accurately registers patients in the EMR while following CMS/EMTALA/HIPAA guidelines and providing customer service.

Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments, develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans, offer education and counseling, place feeding tubes/perform indirect calorimetry when applicable, document in the EHR, collaborate with care teams, supervise dietetic trainees, participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness.

Provide legal counsel on health care law and compliance, handle subpoenas and garnishments, advise executives and medical staff, manage peer review and licensing, draft and negotiate provider and affiliation agreements, ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and support revenue cycle and provider employment matters.
