Participate in a year-one leadership residency supporting departmental goals through project work, strategic planning, marketing, operational tasks (registration, inventory), stakeholder coordination, and interim leadership duties. Provides advanced endoscopy and pulmonary procedural support: decontaminates and reprocesses scopes, prepares patients, assists physicians with complex endoscopic and bronchoscopic procedures, operates and troubleshoots equipment, trains staff, participates in research and safety initiatives.

Performs high-quality CT and radiographic exams, prepares and administers IV contrast, completes QC and documentation in EMR/PACS, follows infection control and radiation safety, educates and positions patients, and collaborates with radiologists to ensure diagnostic imaging and continuity of care.

Provide acute dialysis nursing care including patient assessments, equipment setup and monitoring, medication and blood administration, access site care, specimen collection, documentation, and patient/family education. Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure safe, timely dialysis treatments and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging across departments (including OR and Fluoroscopy), obtain patient history, ensure patient safety and comfort, follow infection control and radiation-safety protocols, operate imaging equipment and document exams, and complete clerical duties and required documentation to support Radiologists.

Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging, position patients and equipment, ensure image quality and radiation safety (ALARA), provide direct patient care across age groups, maintain EMR/PACS documentation, keep exam rooms and equipment ready, cross-train into advanced modalities, and comply with licensing, continuing education, and CPR/BLS requirements.

Performs patient registration, insurance verification, Medicare compliance reviews, and collects payments or sets payment plans. Obtains pre-authorizations, coordinates with clinical and utilization teams, provides PBX coverage, performs cashiering and cash reconciliation, documents interactions, and ensures adherence to CMS, EMTALA, and HIPAA guidelines.

Provide patient-centered medication management including counseling, stewardship, and surveillance. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and transitions of care. Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff and trainees. Identify, report, and help resolve medication safety events, adverse drug reactions, and errors while promoting safe, timely, and cost-effective therapy.

Manages operations of the Neuroscience Program, including strategy, program development, regulatory compliance, certification, data-driven performance improvement, care coordination, staff management, physician engagement, and patient flow. Works with multidisciplinary teams on community/EMS outreach, education, marketing, and intra-facility referrals to streamline neurological patient care.

Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments, identify nutrition risks and malnutrition, deliver medical nutrition therapy, education, counseling and referrals, participate in rounds and interdisciplinary meetings, perform meal test trays, and document care in the electronic health record.

Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure nursing care: assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, educate patients/families, document in EMR, ensure regulatory compliance and infection control, supervise/mentor staff, participate in quality improvement, and respond to life-threatening situations.

Provide perioperative support by anticipating surgeon needs, assembling supplies and equipment, monitoring aseptic technique, handing instruments, and maintaining regulatory and instrumentation knowledge. Support patient and staff satisfaction, follow surgeon directions, and perform other assigned OR duties.

Performs specimen collection and processing, point-of-care testing, quality control, and documentation. Supports department operations with clerical duties, patient/account data entry, hazardous waste handling, and specimen accessioning. Provides phlebotomy (venipuncture and capillary) and serves as a staff resource while working nights and weekends.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze trends and KPIs across revenue, expenses, and capital. Build financial models and ROI analyses, support ad-hoc decision-making, perform data quality checks, create presentations, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to inform operational and financial decisions.

Provides direct patient care as an APRN: evaluates, diagnoses, treats, prescribes medications, interprets tests, documents H&Ps/progress/discharge notes, manages pre/post-op and wound care, assists physicians, and participates in call coverage including occasional weekends and nights. Focuses on wellness, disease prevention, patient education, and coordinated multidisciplinary care.

Lead pharmacy department operations, staffing, and quality programs. Oversee medication procurement, security, regulatory compliance, budgets, clinical services, and performance reporting. Drive cost, utilization, and quality improvement initiatives and represent pharmacy in multidisciplinary collaboration and professional scholarship.

Provide venous access and infusion therapy, assess patients, develop individualized care plans, educate patients, and supervise nursing staff. Monitor performance, mentor, organize training, and implement improvement plans to maintain clinical and professional standards.

Supervise telemetry unit operations, monitor and document telemetry strips, maintain patient logs, communicate changes to RNs, conduct staff coaching and corrective actions, perform timekeeper duties, ensure EKG competency and BLS certification, and follow hospital policies.

Lead and mentor nursing staff while providing and overseeing venous access and infusion therapy. Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, manage performance appraisals, organize training, resolve staff conflicts, and communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Register patients for services, verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations, create estimates and collect payments or set up payment plans. Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs, provide coverage for assigned areas and PBX, communicate with clinical and ancillary teams, document conversations, and perform cashiering and reconciliation.
