Digital Learning & LMS Administration
You will oversee full administration of our SuccessFactors LMS - managing user access, learning paths, curricula, compliance tracking, and content governance, leveraging digital tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance learner engagement at scale. This includes maintaining our learning content library and driving adoption across the business.
Curriculum & Content Design
You will guide the development of blended, e-learning, and accredited content aligned to McCain's values, strategic goals, and compliance requirements -constantly exploring innovative learning technologies to keep our people ahead of the curve.
SETA, B-BBEE & Compliance
You will oversee all SETA submissions (WSP, ATR, grants, learnerships), ensure full compliance with South African Skills Development legislation, and drive our B-BBEE skills development targets with audit readiness at all times.
Talent Pipeline Development
You will manage bursaries, internships, apprenticeships, and traineeships- partnering with institutions and supporting the integration of pipeline talent into McCain's broader workforce.
