About the Role
As a Project Manager (PM), you are a critical driver of customer success within Procore’s Professional Services team. Your mission is to guide clients through a successful implementation journey, ensuring they adopt industry best practices that maximise platform value.
This role offers unique variety; you will own a mixed portfolio of customer accounts. You will be responsible for managing both tailored, complex customer implementations governed by Statements of Work (SOWs) and delivering structured, standardised onboarding service packages. You aren’t just managing timelines; you are a consultant and strategic partner helping companies successfully navigate change and transform their digital operations. This role reports directly to the Manager, Project Management, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Versatile Delivery Execution: Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a diverse project portfolio. Lead clients through defined milestones from initial kickoff to account configuration and project "Go-Live".
Scope & SOW Management: Provide delivery oversight for customised client engagements, ensuring adherence to contractual scopes, managing resource allocation, and proactively mitigating project risks.
The "Coach" Mentality: Empower clients to be self-sufficient by identifying and training "Procore Champions" within their organisations using a Train-the-Trainer framework.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for client teams and internal stakeholders, providing clear, proactive reporting on project progress, timelines, and risks.
The 10% Innovation Rule: Balance our proven implementation playbooks with a solutions-oriented mindset to solve non-standard requirements and navigate unique client workflow hurdles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams—including Consultants, Solution Architects, Sales, and Support—to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites, regional industry events, and other Procore offices.
SaaS Implementation Experience: 3–5+ years managing customer-facing software rollouts or project lifecycles within a SaaS environment.
Portfolio Versatility: A background that demonstrates the agility to manage a high-volume pipeline of standardised implementations alongside high-touch, longer-term client projects.
Process-Driven & Organised: A natural affinity for structure, checklists, and project tracking, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple client journeys without letting milestones slip.
Consultative Problem Solver: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client expectations, navigate difficult process conversations, and handle scope adjustments with ease.
Industry Interest: Curiosity or familiarity with the Construction Tech, PropTech, or broader ERP software ecosystems.
Education: Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Construction Mgmt, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred).
Language & Communication: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written English communication skills, with comfort leading both large virtual workshops and strategic alignment sessions.
Project Management Tools: Strong proficiency utilising Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, CRM systems, and standard project management software.
Methodology Alignment: Understanding or formal training in structured project management practices (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly regarded.
Construction Industry Experience: Highly regarded.
Base Pay Range:
108,528.00 - 149,226.00 AUD AnnualOn Target Earning Range:
127,680.00 - 175,560.00 AUD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation.
