Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, of the full agreed scope, and within budget
- Facilitate project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress against defined goals
- Track, manage, and resolve project issues and risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage project budgets, resources, and overall financial performance
- Drive risk management activities, identifying mitigation plans and implementing solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, processes, and delivery efficiency
- Aligning global teams - based in China, India, Romania, the UK and the USA
- Supporting the development of the Product Portfolio to align to Market and Technology developments
- Leaning up/developing business processes to reduce the time taken to execute product development programs and support ongoing customer projects
