Key responsibilities
– Manage OEM cybersecurity compliance activities under UN-R155 and ISO/SAE 21434
– Define and maintain CSMS processes, policies, and documentation
– Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
– Coordinate with development, validation, and homologation teams across the V-cycle
– Manage supplier milestones, cybersecurity deliverables, and compliance artifacts
– Prepare and review type approval evidence including TARA reports
– Support audits and communication with regulatory authorities
– Lead project planning, task allocation, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
– Strong knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards and compliance
– Hands-on experience with TARA, vulnerability management, and CSMS
– Experience managing type approval workflows
– Understanding of cryptography and embedded security architecture
– Japanese: Native level | English: Conversational
