Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large, complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and financial targets;
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and financial baselines aligned with business strategy;
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, and status reporting;
- Own project financial performance, including cost control, margin protection, and P&L impact;
- Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and performance;
- Establish project governance, monitor KPIs, and communicate status, risks, financial performance, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
- PMI certification required (PMP strongly preferred);;
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments;
- Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, and governance practices;
- Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Smartsheet);
- Strong financial acumen, with mandatory hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L);
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP and availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
