Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an organised, collaborative Project Manager to help us deliver meaningful change across our Group Functions. If you enjoy leading projects, building strong relationships, and working in a supportive environment where your growth is encouraged, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑complexity projects or a small project portfolio
- Leading project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting activities
- Communicating with stakeholders and senior leaders to support effective decision‑making
- Coordinating third‑party partners and managing dependencies
- Overseeing project budgets, resources and risks to ensure strong governance
- Applying agreed project management methodologies, standards and processes
- Identifying and securing the resources needed to deliver outcomes on time and to quality
- Sharing knowledge with the wider project community and supporting continuous improvement
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in project management with a strong delivery focus, managing multiple projects at any one time
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and decision‑making frameworks
- Experience working within a platform and product model is advantageous
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including third‑party suppliers
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage budgets and monitor project economics effectively
- Commitment to continuous learning, development and sharing best practice
