About the job  

The Product Pricing & Readiness team consists of four core competency areas: Product Readiness – System, Project Management – System, Product Pricing and Analytics. While the primary responsibility for this role is outlined in the below two key areas, the diverse scope of the team provides ample opportunities for growth, depending on your skillset and ambitions.  

Project management – Systems Lead 
In this role you will work together with the cross functional Product Enhancement Response (PER) Team to enhance our existing products to meet future customer needs. As Systems Lead, you’ll support the team with system expertise as well coordinate system related activities. 

 Key tasks as Project lead Systems in PER team  

• Develop system specifications by translating business needs into system requirements.  

• Coordinate all system related activities.  

• Manage system project timelines and product release coordination.  

• Oversee testing of system solutions.  

• Ensure end-to-end functionality, processes, and data.  

Product Readiness – Systems Lead 

To enhance our sales organization's ability to sell our products, you will be responsible for the introduction, maintenance and phase-out of products in our sales tools. 

Key tasks as Product Readiness – Systems Lead 

• Implement product data, factory costs and product pricing efficiently in our sales tools. 

• Ensure that products are ready for release in our sales tools by thoroughly testing.    

• Support users to resolve product- and pricing-related issues.

What you know  

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or an equivalent qualification, and have gained valuable experience in the field through your involvement in various projects, technologies, and products. Your proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enables you to communicate effectively in an international environment. Previous experience working with gasketed plate heat exchanger products, along with a familiarity with Alfa Laval's IT system landscape, would be considered a strong advantage. Additionally, knowledge of the Swedish language is preferred.
