- 契約事項、薬事法、GCP等の関連法規、SOP等を遵守し、プロジェクト全体を管理する。
- 受託業務内容を熟知し、業務全体の計画立案、各部門との調整、クライアントとの折衝を行う。
- 臨床開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジャーとして、部門横断的にプロジェクトチームをリードし、プロジェクトチームの発足からプロジェクト終了までの全てのプロセスにおいて、タイムライン、コスト、人員を管理する。具体的には、各プロジェクトが、Qualityを担保しタイムライン通りにマイルストーンを達成できているか、各部門リーダーから報告を受け、確認する。
- クライアントの期待に応えるため、利益や品質の成果責任を果たせるようプロジェクトをリードする。
