The role of the Project Lead is an individual contributor responsible for providing leadership, project management expertise and direction in all of phases of transition for all future ELS Clinical Solutions work stream or process. The Project Manager will be liaising with various ELS Clinical Solutions stakeholders including executing operational strategies on growth expansion & transformation, work with REPH operational and shared services teams following the REPH Transition and Transformation methodology that meet stakeholder needs.
In addition, the role will also include management support of text and video content management systems as part of its pilot phase. Ensure proper communication of, and adherence to, instructions and deadlines. Track and manage content data, verify accuracy, and communication to stakeholders. Maintain single source of truth protocol for data consistency, and other support as needed.
Accountabilities:
SME and Vendor Support and Management: Provide content management system training and support, ensure instructions for content creation or evaluation has been communicated effectively, and facilitate required documentation, assignment schedules, and payments.
Customer Ticket Support: Coordinate PE related customer service tickets and investigate any customer questions or concerns.
Data Management: Maintain single source of truth to manage disparate data across various systems and single version of truth for accurate data delivery. Collaborate with Product, Informatics, and third-party vendors to create and/or modify video outputs and metadata as needed. Support text and video content releases and manage customer communication.
Content Management: Ensure data accuracy, on time and on spec delivery of content to the proper workstream, and coordination of third-party content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Has at least 1-3 years of experience as a lead in project or program management
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills is required
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Position requires a self-starter with effective project management abilities to work collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Demonstrated independent problem-solving skills; ability to independently prioritize tasks in order to work simultaneously on multiple projects and to ensure on-time completion of editorial team projects.
- Excellent organization required to effectively manage and track projects and content under different phases in the workflow
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, including strong writing composition skills with a clear, concise style and excellent grammar.
- Knowledge of PC applications including, but not limited, to Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; working knowledge of XML content format, HTML, and raster and vector file formats preferred, but not required; aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Six Sigma Training/Certification or PMP Certification is desirable
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
