Sales Support ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

This role is contributing to the Automation – Measurement & Analytics in India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
Assisting in preparing proposals and presentations for engineering projects.
Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.
Reviewing technical specifications and engineering drawings, reviewing contract scope from projects and clients, and joining walk-throughs with clients for system handover.
Planning and executing FAT and internal testing activities for CGA/Analyzer shelter systems.
Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices) is in place.
Proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifying any questions. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Qualifications for the role
You enjoy working with an analytical background, preferably on continuous gas analyzers and process gas chromatographs, and in the oil & gas market.
You need to have 8 years of experience in project engineering.
You are innovative and have experience in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
You have a degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
You are at ease communicating in English, both verbal and written.
