About the Role:
- Ability to Handle and allocate Works to Sub contractors
- Should have Knowledge of MEP Services works
- Planning, monitoring, controlling & scheduling the project execution w.r.t. Time limit, Quality & safety.
- Sound knowledge in reading the drawings and coordinating with the design team.
- Implementation of ITPs.
- Preparation of JMRs & Bill measurements with Contractors. Sound Knowledge of IS Codes and Mode of measurements.
- Day to Day Monitoring of Construction/ Quality and Safety
- Sound knowledge of HSE (Work Permit, Safety Checklist etc.)
- Sound Knowledge of Quality practices of Civil & MEP Services works.
- Should have Knowledge of Civil and Interior finishes.
- Ensuring proper process being followed by contractor during execution
- Ability to prepare Work Method statement and Risk analysis for Construction works
- Knowledge of latest Technology
- Releasing Daily Progress Report of the site
- Should have personal/PMC provided Smart Phone and laptop with internet facility.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in EPC/project execution with at least 3 years in retail project management and construction.
- Experience handling retail fit-out projects independently (2,000 to 20,000 sq ft).
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and ERP/SAP.
