Key Responsibilities 
 

1. Project Planning & Coordination
 

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project implementation from commencement to completion.

• Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to the approved timeline.

• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Attend project meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions.

2. Project Execution

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.

• Resolve technical issues encountered during project implementation.

• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during project execution.

• Provide regular project status updates to customers and management.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle project documentation, approvals, and change requests.

4. Cost & Budget Control
•Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
•Prepare project progress reports and cost updates.
•Support variation order and claim submissions where applicable.
•Assist in procurement planning and material management.
 

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance
•Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
•Ensure all work complies with occupational safety and health requirements.
•Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
•Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project.
 

6. Documentation & Reporting
•Prepare project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and completion reports.
•Maintain project documentation, including drawings, technical submissions, testing records, and handover documents.
•Update management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
 

7. Continuous Improvement
•Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
•Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
•Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Projects Department.
