Nightwing seeks a Project Integrator to play a critical function within the PMO of one of its large long-term Programs. The selected candidate will support the PMO as our Resource Coordinator In the role as Resource Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for: ensuring that staffing needs are satisfied; liaising with the PMO, Functional Leads, subcontractor partnering companies, and Talent Acquisition to deliver against real staffing needs. The candidate will manage candidates in an effective way throughout the interview and selection process which includes administrative taskings and tracking. The candidate will also define and deliver solutions to recruitment issues, elevate to the PMO opportunities to proactively recognize contributions and improvements to the talent acquisition process, and manage Program risk. The candidate will also be responsible for formulation and delivery key Contractual Requirement Deliverables (CDRLs) to customer leadership and COTR. 

 

Required Skills 

·            Review and understand job description and qualifications required in the Statement of work to confirm applicants meet minimum requirements. 

·            Arrange interviews by coordinating candidate interview schedules; should be shared with the PMO and respective Functional Lead. 

·            Manage/guide candidates in an effective way throughout the interview/acceptance process. 

·            Liaise with the PMO, Functional Leads and Talent Acquisition to overcome any challenges to recruitment and placement. 

·            Successfully collaborate with Functional Leads to ensure position descriptions are current/accurate.  

·            Candidate will be required to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates jointly defined as needed, to include ad hoc program reports. 

·            Candidate must be able to attend a weekly staffing meeting to discuss the program's status of positions, independently at times. 

·            Required Skills; Microsoft Office with knowledge of Excel; Analytical skills. 

·            Ability to use collaboration tools:  HIVE and Confluence. 

·            Exceptional written and verbal communication and representational skills. 

·            Ability to independently define and create reporting templates to deliver metrics to PMO and customer COTR; prior experience drafting and delivering CDRLs considered a plus. 

·            Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

·            Proficient in use of applicant tracking software, a clear understanding of the corporate staffing/hiring process, and the ability to effectively mitigate process/procedural challenges that might inhibit staffing success. 

·            Ability to multi-task and maintain flexibility in response to changing Program needs. 

·            Ability to review and edit deliverables created by PMO to ensure consistent formatting and correct grammatical and business writing usage. 

·            Desired but not required— a willingness to learn ability to create dashboards tools.
