We are seeking a mission-driven professional to join our Project Management (PM) team as a Project Coordinator. This role is essential for supporting the execution of high-visibility defense programs. You will be responsible for a variety of project coordination tasks, including planning, tracking, and documentation. While primarily focused on project management operations, you will also provide vital reach-back support to our Customer Engagement Management (CEM) team, offering on-site presence and assistance in a range of technical areas. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to work within secure environments on projects that directly contribute to national security.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT and office move projects, from initiation to closeout.
Maintain project documentation, deliverables, and compliance artifacts.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project schedules.
Prepare briefings, status reports, and other materials for project reviews.
Coordinate meetings, reviews, and technical interchange sessions with internal teams and government stakeholders.
Assist with tracking government-furnished equipment and assets.
Support the CEM team, providing routine customer check-ins with to identify and address immediate needs and escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
