Perkins&Will Charlotte studio is seeking a Project Coordinator with 1+ year of experience in project support. The ideal candidate is deeply engaged in and excels at providing support to an individual, team, department, or group in the firm.

Years of Experience: 1+ year
Responsibilities:
- Provide project support to Project Managers and Principals of different practice areas.
- Analyze data related to projects (staffing, timelines, etc.).
- Work with Project Manager to keep staffing data up to date.
- Send correspondence to Consultants and General contractors.
- Request Certificate of Insurance certificates from legal department and consultants.
- Assist the Director of Operations/Project Managers with administrative tasks.
- Assist studio leaders with travel arrangements.
- Organize, reserve, and schedule meetings and appointments related to projects and areas of practice.
- Order lunches and set up for internal meetings and client meetings.
- Stocking of office supplies and office refreshments.
- Intake mail and packages.
- Organization and upkeep of material libraries.
- Organize lunch and meetings with product reps for continuing education.
- Support front desk operations when needed, including answering phones, receiving, and distributing deliveries or correspondence.
- Setup for events may be required on occasion after hours.
Proficiencies:
- Effective verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proven ability to execute tasks and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with analysis data and administrative tasks.
Software:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Deltek and ProCore.
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
