Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our mission of enhancing video experiences through Kaltura’s SaaS Video Platform and applications.
In this role, you will be a part of the Customer Experience team, supporting the implementation of Kaltura products and services for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in deploying our SaaS-based video solutions, requiring a consultative approach as you serve as the primary contact for customers from implementation through go-live, before transitioning them to our Customer Success and Support teams.
The day-to-day:
- Represent Kaltura in negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors
- Support the customer implementation process from post-sale to go-live.
- Act as the primary contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities.
- Follow up with customers via email or phone to gather setup items or other required information.
- Create and maintain project notes within our project tracking system, keeping internal team members updated on current status and next steps.
- Assist in setting customer goals and communicate deliverables (timelines, scope of work, etc.) both internally and externally to customers.
- Conduct kickoff calls, client calls, and other customer-facing activities.
- Work with our Implementation staff to review application configurations and adjust per customer requirements.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- 2 years prior work experience on project management team delivering projects via a service organization.
- Proven customer-first approach with experience managing external customers.
- Previous experience leading SaaS product implementations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers at all levels (written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a time-sensitive environment.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges proactively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating a strong work ethic and a high level of initiative.
These would also be nice:
- A background in software development and Software-as-a-Service systems (SaaS).
- Background in enterprise software integrations and software development within a professional services organization is helpful. Knowledge and experience with web-based video delivery, infrastructure, streaming, encoding, and optimization are assets.
- Preferred: Experience using Salesforce, AirTable, and Jira. Experience with video streaming is helpful.
*The position is based in New York and follows a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at the NYC office twice a week.

The estimated base salary range for this role is 70,000$–$85,000 per year
