The Excellerate Project Coordinator position provides overall assistance to various Excellerate functional areas, including but not limited to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge of electrical trade/construction is preferred.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1 to 2 years of administrative experience

Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Generates billing from Excellerate to projects and assists with large tool rental billing.
- Provides assistance with the general staffing of department.
- Compiles needed information (i.e., material purchases, sheet submittals, operation & maintenance manuals, etc.).
- Processes miscellaneous paperwork and reports (i.e., job cost reports, weekly pending projects report, monthly WIP reports, and time cards).
- Types and compiles miscellaneous documents (i.e., proposals, submittals, invoices).
- Provides excellent customer service to vendors, customers (internal and external), and field employees.
- Uploads documents into SharePoint system and Viewpoint as needed.
- Assists the Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments with various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Orders and maintains office supply and internal forms.
- Designs, prepares and maintains spreadsheets using basic mathematical calculations and Excel functions.
- Creates and maintains procedure manuals and other related documentation.
- Supports the perpetual inventory system and general ledger by processing inventory transfers, reviewing transactions for accuracy and assisting in inventory counts.
- Maintains the schedule of conference and training rooms, if applicable.
- Assists in the coordination of training classes.
- Oversees coordination of special events (i.e., Branch Meetings, Trainings, lunches, etc.).
- Coordinates reception/phone coverage as needed.
- Assists with employee relations, as needed.
- Assists with the coordination of shop and deliveries incoming and outgoing.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
PRODUCTION
- Print and compile work order documentation for the production floor.
- Print and distribute shipping documentation for work orders leaving Excellerate.
- Collects Excellerate performance data and coordinates the distribution and display of the data.
- Produce and coordinate the distribution of Brady labels for internal and external customers
TRAINING
- Conduct and document completion of New Employee Orientation for all employees new to Excellerate.
- Document, and keep updated, a training record of all completed training in the department.
- Keep the department training matrix up to date.
- Assist supervisors or production leads with creating and updating task specific Work Instructions (or job aids) for production.
- Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
- Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
