Summary

Berghoff Design Group is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to fill a Project Coordinator position. Experience with coordinating project management activities, resources and estimates is highly desirable. We also value projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Project Estimating

• Assist and understand project ordering

• Project scheduling with team

• Monitor and track project progress

• Work with vendors on time delivery and performance

• Liaise with clients to identify and define project change orders, budget, and scheduling

• Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants

• Office duties to perform general clerical items such as answering client phone calls and help transfer them to the appropriate office person.

• Other duties as assigned.

 Position Range:

$50,000 - $65,000
