Lead climber foreperson to train and lead crews in safe tree care operations, perform rope/saddle climbing, bucket/aerial lift and chipper use, pruning, rigging, site assessments, removals, and client communication. Lead and manage the Tree Trimming division: supervise and train crews, plan projects with leadership, manage equipment/vehicles and budgets, ensure safety and quality, maintain records, purchase materials, and pursue arboricultural certifications and continuous education.

Lead irrigation design, estimating, installation, scheduling, crew management and handoff to maintenance. Ensure materials, permits and as-builts are complete, installations meet standards, safety protocols enforced, and crews are trained and productive within budget.

Drive commercial landscape maintenance growth in the Portland Metro area by identifying and developing client relationships, creating sales strategies and bids, presenting proposals, visiting prospects, attending industry events, using Pipedrive and Aspire to manage estimates/contracts/scheduling, and coordinating handoffs with client representatives and operations.

Manage and maintain residential and commercial gardens: plant identification and care, seasonal installations, pruning, pest/disease monitoring and treatment, irrigation familiarity, scheduling, client communication, and safe site/equipment upkeep. Employment contingent on background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Manage enhancement projects and field crews, plan labor and resources, create production schedules, ensure quality and safety, train staff, oversee timesheets and documentation, and coordinate with clients and operations leadership to meet budget and performance goals.

Support corporate legal operations: prepare governance documents, regulatory filings, contracts, and due diligence; manage records and document systems; provide administrative and cross-functional legal support.
