RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and submit medical devices regulatory documentation and electronic petitions
- Monitor new requirements and ensure timely compliance
- Manage appeals, process tracking, and SharePoint updates
- Communicate with authorities and internal teams
- Lead training sessions and report quality deviations
- Upload product labels and instructions to ANVISA
- Stay current with legislation and update internal systems

QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or regulatory support roles
- Proven experience working with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., ministries, agencies, embassies, courts)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, global consulting environment
