The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating activities, resources, and documentation across project teams. This role ensures that project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining effective communication among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Track project progress and update status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedule.
Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, invoices, and resource allocations.
Maintain accurate and organized project files, including contracts, correspondence, and change requests.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, etc.).
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues that could impact project outcomes.
Assist in quality assurance, testing, and close-out documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support role.
Experience with ERP or project management systems (e.g., MS Project, Dynamics 365, Smartsheet, or similar).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
PMP or CAPM certification is an asset but not required.
