As a Project Associate within our Center of Excellence (CoE), you serve as the vital pulse of our global support initiatives, ensuring that every moving part stays on track and aligned. Your work provides the visibility and organization necessary for our team to execute complex improvements that directly impact our customers' success. By meticulously tracking deliverables and supporting the broader CoE team, you help transform high-level strategies into tangible results that empower our support organization to be more efficient and effective.
What You’ll Do
- Cross-Functional Tracking: Maintain and update project trackers, ensuring all CoE team deliverables are documented and deadlines are clearly communicated.
- Team Coordination: Schedule and facilitate sync-ups for various initiatives, capturing action items and following up with owners to ensure momentum.
- Reporting Support: Assist in gathering data and preparing weekly or monthly status updates to provide leadership with a clear view of initiative progress.
- Process Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of internal wikis and playbooks, ensuring that new CoE standards are organized and accessible.
- Operational Assistance: Handle the day-to-day administrative tasks of the CoE, such as managing shared folders, updating project templates, and assisting with team-wide communications.
