SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Join our project team to implement ongoing projects in line with Jotun’s engineering standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution, maintaining quality, and driving progress through effective coordination with contractors and consultants.This position reports to the Local Project Manager and is based at Jotun Egypt’s factory in 10th of Ramadan City, Al Robaiky Industrial Park.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams through design and construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while conducting detailed risk assessments.
- Manage vendor selection, contract administration, and procurement to align with project objectives.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of local regulations and international codes (IEC, ASHRAE, ASME, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and approval records.
- Review and validate technical submittals and drawings to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Implement the Stage Gate Model across project development and investment phases.
- Promote sustainability initiatives within design and execution activities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any related field.
- 5–7 years’ of engineering experience in industrial construction projects.
- Implementation knowledge of Firefighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Electrical, and other building service systems.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera for design coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
