We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Data Coordinator for MEA region to join our team . The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our master data across various systems and platforms. This role will play a critical part in maintaining data quality, supporting business processes, and driving data-driven decision-making .
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete products master data (e.g., product descriptions, ingredients, packaging), Supplier master data & Customer master data across various systems including SAP Keystone {Material Management & ERP & SAP S/4HANA}
- FG Codes, barcodes Creation within SAP for sales pipeline across the MEA region from sources of Global Kraft Heinz supplier network.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity by data quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for master data, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related matters.
- Support data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flows, and data lineage.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Issuing MEA Marketing PO's on SAP Catalyst (Procurement and Sourcing SAP platform) and tracking PO's cycles
- Supporting financial accuracy (GRs) of the marketing budget by the end of each month
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure data requirements are met and raise tickets to global IT or Data Management Office to resolve issues within the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the business with strict commercial timelines & Support BU's with Master Data requests.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process changes, as approved, to improve data quality and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in the role of master data management.
- SAP Experience is a must (ERP, MM, Sourcing , Procurement & Integration Modules)
- Oracle Experience is a plus
- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must..
