Role OverviewAs a role dedicated to delivering project outcomes, the Project Architect's responsibilities are dynamic, focusing on ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation. Their primary objective is to produce high-quality architectural and fabrication solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Leading the design and fabrication process and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, the Project Architect plays a crucial role in achieving project success. They uphold professional standards and contribute to the excellence of project deliverables through their expertise and commitment to quality.
ResponsibilitiesLead the architectural, technical, and fabrication design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
Oversee project quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM/3D model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, fabricators, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
Actively participate in design, fabrication, and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, technical, and manufacturing aspects of the project.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
+3 years of experience in architectural design, technical development, and/or digital fabrication for AEC projects, preferably in a BIM or parametric design environment.
ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
Profound knowledge and experience in using BIM and 3D modeling software — Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, or others.
Knowledge in parametric and computational design using Grasshopper or similar is desirable.
Knowledge of manufacturing-oriented design tools is desirable: Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, Onshape, or SolidWorks.
In-depth working knowledge in construction and/or fabrication, with emphasis on production work in a team environment and project setup required.
