Support the CEO across executive and personal responsibilities, including calendar and inbox management, bilingual communications, meeting preparation, travel planning, event logistics, personal administration, vendor coordination, and follow-up tracking. The role requires exceptional discretion, organization, prioritization, advanced English, native-level Spanish, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-changing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting both professional and personal commitments.

Lead and coordinate BIM-based architectural projects for US clients from initiation to close. Manage schedules, budgets, multidisciplinary teams, client communications, quality control, risk mitigation, and collaborate with Project Architect to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting client and regulatory standards.

Support the visualization team by assisting with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, scene assembly, and post-production. Track tasks, implement feedback, troubleshoot geometry/render issues, and continuously learn visualization pipelines and architectural workflows.

Lead BIM consultancy projects, develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, libraries and BEPs, perform QA/QC on models and content, train teams, troubleshoot Revit workflows, and implement BIM strategies and interoperability tools across projects.
