E11B CW Annual Salary $63,198.47 + Full State Employee Benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and one year of professional experience,
  • OR a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.

*NOTE: No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or administrative experience.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the direct supervisor for the Education and training Voucher (ETV) unit within OK Successful Adulthood (OKSA).  Reviews reports, develops and maintains protocol and procedures for the program.  Maintains program data
  • Serves as lead on the employment program which includes development of protocol and procedures.  Serves as the agency contact for community service providers, potential employers, employment resources, etc.
  • Consults on youth transitioning out of care as well as supervise staff working in this area. 
  • Responds to Q&As from the field, community organizations, other states and staff cases.
  • Represents the OKSA program on committees, task force groups, etc., at the community, State and Federal levels.
  • Develops and monitors contracts which includes assistance with annual negotiations and approval of monthly invoices.
  • Research, develops and offers recommendations for implementation of new Federal and State regulations and initiatives as well as other strategies and resources that will enhance the OKSA program. Updates policy and ITS to reflect any State and/or Federal legislation pertaining to the OKSA program. 
  • Assists in the completion of State and Federal reports.
