Supervise Background Investigators I–III and manage statewide child care background check operations. Oversee determinations of criminal history records, develop policy and training, drive process improvements, collaborate with Child Care Services, and maintain high-quality customer service. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license required.

Collect and verify criminal history and background information for employees, vendors, and volunteers. Capture and examine fingerprints (Livescan/AFIS), maintain background check records and databases, contact courts/DA offices and law enforcement for documents, provide technical support to child care providers, and process incoming requests and phone inquiries.

Manage and supervise a team of Program Field Representatives conducting SNAP case reviews. Ensure reviews comply with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations, translate agency goals into team outcomes, coach staff, and use data to drive training and performance improvement.

Supervise and administer case management staff for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities; monitor waivered services, audit case records, run staff meetings, provide crisis intervention counseling, and coordinate with divisions and DDS on policy and service delivery.

Provide case management services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities: assess needs, develop resources, manage caseloads, serve as QIDP, monitor programs monthly, and ensure compliance with waiver, state, and policy guidelines. Extensive travel required.
