About the Role 

Provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective operation of the Integration Team. Support the Integration Service Manager by managing and servicing boards and meetings, coordinating programme and project reporting and assurance activities, including statutory returns, and collating and analysing project information to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support corrective actions where required.

About You 

  • Educated to NVQ4 level in Project Management/Business Admin or appropriate experience to this level.
  • Experience of providing technical/administrative support to a transformation/change programme and  developing, establishing and maintaining electronic knowledge and information tracking systems whilst using Experience of using Microsoft Office software including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project 
  • Experience of developing and implementing administrative systems and procedures for programme/project management including quality assurance, risk management and benefits realisation function. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining financial records and providing reports and management information.
  • An awareness and understanding programme and project management techniques, including change management theory and good practice. 
  • Understanding of public sector environment and governance requirements.
