Position Summary: The Program Specialist - Enterprise Development will be responsible for technical leadership, program planning, implementation support, capacity building, monitoring and knowledge management for assigned program themes. The position will be responsible for strengthening the quality and effectiveness of interventions through technical guidance to field teams, development of appropriate strategies and tools, convergence with government and other stakeholders, documentation of learning and achievement of program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Overall management of entrepreneurship development programme.
- Organise various events, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness around entrepreneurship among youths.
- Understand entrepreneurship development needs of rural entrepreneurs and develop the support system.
- Planning and implementation of the training programmes, exposure visits and financial support to selected entrepreneurs.
- Liaison with government departments and financial institutions to aid entrepreneurs.
- Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting.
- Develop periodic progress reports for better communication of the project outcomes.
- Management and planning of programme budget
