Overview
The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is looking for a Manager for their Transaction Services team to deliver end-to-end support across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and oversee corporate card administration programs, including Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Purchasing Cards (P-Cards), and B2B payment solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and a natural problem solver.
Role
In this position, you will:• Administer and support Mastercard's corporate card programs, including Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Purchasing Card (P-Card), and B2B payment solutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving an optimal cardholder experience. • Partner with cardholders, managers, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve card program inquiries, support audits, manage exceptions, and identify opportunities to increase card adoption and program effectiveness.• Ensure new suppliers are onboarded efficiently and timely with proper due diligence and risk assessments completed. • Monitor PO spend and proactively submit requests to add funds to POs as needed. • Provide advice on payment options, ensuring policy is followed for supplier engagements and charitable organizations (501(c)(3)). • Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion, providing updates to the customer. • Provide insights on activity and recommendations on process improvements that will reduce friction and improve timeliness. • Plan and organize work so that Service Level Agreement objectives are met or exceeded.

The ideal candidate for this position should:• Possess a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and supplier management processes. • Have experience administering corporate card programs, including Travel & Entertainment (T&E), Purchasing Cards (P-Cards), and B2B payment solutions, with a strong understanding of card controls, policy compliance, expense management, and payment optimization strategies. • Have excellent customer service skills, understand the customer journey, and advocate for process improvements that benefit both customers and operational teams. • Work effectively across functions to drive resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You turn problems into opportunities. • Be skilled at explaining technical and process-related issues succinctly and clearly. • Have experience with ERP and expense management platforms such as Coupa, Oracle (R12/Fusion), Concur, or similar systems (preferred). • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, manage risk, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. • Be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
