Become the Programmatic Media Manager at LEGO Group and guide data-informed digital media campaigns that reach millions of fans and customers across Western Europe. This role combines strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep platform expertise to help build our media approach in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
As a programmatic expert with deep knowledge of Western Europe, you’ll guide campaign strategy and execution, foster strong internal and external partnerships, and ensure that our media investments deliver against both brand and commercial goals.

Core Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Vision – Drive and Implement the LEGO Group’s Selection of key initiatives and its programmatic media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business objectives across channels and teams. This includes championing a data-driven, consumer-centric approach to media planning and buying that drives both long-term brand equity and short-term performance.
Investment Stewardship & Governance - Establish and guarantee that global standards are followed and met in your team, delivering the strongest return for the LEGO Group
Leadership & Capability Building – Be a key member of a high-performing programmatic team, while coaching local teams on best practices, innovation, and executional excellence. This includes fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as the Western Europe subject matter expert for programmatic media, engaging with leadership, Brand Managers, other key internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
Innovation, Tech & Ecosystem Strategy - Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and platforms (e.g. AI, retail media, cookie deprecation) to future-proof our digital media strategy.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in digital and programmatic media, with 2+ years in a regional leadership role at a top-tier brand, tech company, or agency.
Shown success in media transformation, digital innovation, or data-driven marketing at scale.
Extensive understanding of the global media landscape, ad tech ecosystem, and evolving privacy/regulatory environment. Along with a proven track record of campaign deployment.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience across key tools like The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and DV360.
Outstanding executive presence, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and encourage cross-functional teams.
