What your typical day will look like:

As the Programmatic Media Executive, you will support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with planners, strategists, and business teams to deliver data-driven media solutions while continuously learning the fundamentals of programmatic buying and digital advertising.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Assist in setting up, managing, and monitoring programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms

  • Track campaign performance and support optimization to meet KPIs (CTR, CPA, etc.)

  • Prepare regular reports and extract insights to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery

  • Stay updated on programmatic trends, tools, and best practices

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in digital/media

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, media, and data analytics

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and collaboration skills; willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
