Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Set, manage, and report on all activities connected with Programmatic Buying campaigns
- Develop strategic relationships with internal and external clients
- Promote Programmatic adoption internally, with a focus on Programmatic Media (e.g. CTV, DOOH, web radio)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including Display, CPM and CPA models
- Previous experience within a Trading Desk is a strong plus
- Knowledge of the Programmatic Buying ecosystem and of Ad server tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet tools, and Outlook
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to review campaign details carefully, manage work with limited supervision, and work effectively with team members
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change
Pay Range
In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are including the pay range for this role. We will determine the final offer based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
- Salary range: €31,000 - €40,000
- CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level
This is a hybrid position and we offer a permanent contract.
