At dentsu, the Programmatic Product Consultant will join the Media Product & Innovation team in Milan, a unit playing a strategic role in accelerating the digital growth of clients through flexible, high-performance product solutions. This role combines platform expertise with strategic thinking across digital and programmatic environments, with a focus on developing new media, data, tech, and creative solutions while owning campaign execution, optimisation, and product activation across emerging channels.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of activities, campaign monitoring and optimisation, as well as reporting/rationals/insight and possible troubleshooting with all stakeholders.
- Promote programmatic product activities internally, with a focus on emerging media channels (e.g., CTV, DOOH, web radio).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic and biddable ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including Display, CPM and CPA models.
- Previous experience within a Trading Desk is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of the programmatic and biddable ecosystem and familiarity with Ad server tracking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet tools, and Outlook.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work accurately, take initiative, and work effectively with team members.
- Ability to meet deadlines while communicating clearly and working constructively with stakeholders
Pay Range
In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are including the pay range for this role. We will determine the final offer based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Salary range: €31,000 - €40,000
CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level
This is a hybrid role and we offer a permanent contract.
