State National’s Associate Program is geared towards recent college graduates looking to explore career options within the risk management field — while also having fun! This full-time position is a one- year rotational program within the Program Services branch of State National.

Over the course of the year, one quarter will be spent working in each of the following departments:

Business Development – Market-facing group tasked with evaluating, structuring, and driving potential new business opportunities.

Client Services – Responsible for special projects, program administrative tasks provided by State National, and client relationships.

Compliance – Provides strategic and tactical compliance communications, processes, client and collaborator support.

Reinsurance – Works with the client and program reinsurer to ensure contractual compliance and that funding obligations are met.

Required Qualifications

College graduate as of June 2024, December 2024 or June 2025

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

Ability to analyze and reason through sophisticated problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment;

High energy self-starter, good decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit;Solid time management skills;

Computer savvy- experience with MS office suite;

Driven nature and strong desire to win;
